From the moment I stepped through the doors of Joseph Elliott it was a warm welcome. It was so refreshing to step into a central city salon that was without pretension. Memphis did a great job of getting my unruly wavy / frizzy hair into a sleek smooth finish. She was warm and chatty but not over familiar or intrusive. I was offered both a water and a coffee and I thoroughly enjoyed my brief visit. I'll definitely be revisiting on my next trip to Manchester. I just wish Joseph Elliott had a Twitter account so I could send on my thanks more directly.

Also, the salon plays great music... not one dud tune the whole time I was there :)
