The venue is great, well located within the Midland Hotel with all the facilities right there to make use of or just enjoy passing through. It is a private space on the lower ground floor, adjacent to the Spa and where you can't be observed in your rollers or foils by passers by.
Staff are friendly and welcoming and I've always been pleased with my cut and colour.
Steve discussed my thoughts and listened to what I wanted and gave me a great cut. Diane had previously nailed my colour. Score

Dianne was very friendly, professional and I felt I was in safe competent hands. Caitlyn also washed my hair after the dye and she was lovely too. All my greys were gone and love the new black purple tint
