My stylist spent a lot of time doing really fine highlights in 3 different colours which was nice. Overall happy with the cut and most of the colour. I would have liked my hair to be a little lighter and also she painted my baby hair with bleach which has now turned ginger. My stylist kept offering me drinks and magazines and did everything she could to try and make me feel comfortable, nice service plus a mini head massage whilst getting my hair washed. When I came to pay I was charged £10 more than the advertised price without explanation. This upset me a bit but would still go back in future
