The customer service at Joelle's Shades was very good. My hair stylist Ricardo was very attentive and gave good advice on hair colour for my balayage. I was very pleased with my end result- both the colour and style looked great. I definitely recommend going here and will certainly be going again at some point.

I was a bit worried at the beginning because he didn't speak English and I wasn't sure he understood what I wanted but I loved the result, I would definetly come back !
