Really pleased with my haircut. I have a side parting and often find that I have longer sections on one side after the first wash. Second haircut with Joelle Shades and hair has been perfectly level on both occasions! Many thanks!

Haircut was great, Al took the time to discuss what I wanted done and what would work best for me. The place doesn’t look much from the outside but this was more than made up for by the quality of the service. Will be returning soon.

The team did an amazing job with my hair! I came in for an ashy balayage, and after an initial consultation we picked an ashy shade that came out perfectly and didn't damage my hair as much as my initial request would have. My only complaint would be that I had to wait for almost an hour after arriving for my appointment because they weren’t done with previous customers. Also bear in mind that you might need to pay extra for toner, but my hair looks gorgeous and that’s what matters.
