I booked this as a surprise for my sister-in-law so I was a bit nervous as I had never been here before. It was a great experience, really friendly staff and the treatments were fantastic.

Highly recommend a massage and mini manicure at the Retreat at Czaro, just off Oxford Street. Great location, easy to find. Extremely relaxing and enjoyable, the therapist was fantastic and really worked on my stiffness. The manicurist was also excellent. The place was really clean and great atmosphere, with friendly staff.

Absolutely fantastic! This is a new salon and both Hannah the masseuse and Jade the manicurist were wonderful. Both treatments brilliant and the women themselves so friendly. I will undoubtly visit here again. This particular deal extremely good value but I would consider paying full price. I can recommend without hesitation. Brilliant, fantastic and wonderful and I wish the girls the best of luck with their new business.

Superb spot seconds stroll from Oxford Street. Genuine and very friendly staff who really want the best for you. My masseuse actually enquired whether the level of pressure was firm enough, which seems a rarity. My manicure was expertly applied by the lovely Jade whilst we put the universe to rights. It is the only salon manicure I have ever had that hasn't chipped within minutes, chiefly because Jade ensures you sit still until they are touch dry. So allow a little time for a spot of post mainicure mediation in a very cosy salon.
