I redeemed my voucher for a 50% off back, shoulder and neck massage a couple of weeks ago and I was delighted with it. Totally worth it!
The facility is very relaxing with smooth musique and white colours.The therapist is adorable and very professional. I really needed a massage as I am quite tensed in my upper body and her hands worked magic.
It was a pure moment of relaxation and I warmly recommend the place.
the therapist is very nice, but I would rate their message as average, or maybe slightly above average. The strength is OK but I don't think they have touched the right area. The other issue to be mindful is that although the cancelation policy is 48 hours, they actually refers to 48 working hours. e.g. if you call at 10:00 on Sunday with a hope to cancel Tuesday evening appointment at 19:00, it is not possible.

The therapist was very knowledgeable and helpful, great service, I frequently have gel nails and technique varies massively but would recommend The Retreat as she was very neat and thorough!!

I had an amazing experience at the retreat at czaro, Hannah and Jade were amazing and very professional. Felt very comfortable when I was there, felt so pampered and relaxed. would definitely recommend this to my friends.
Treatwell seem to be very professional and likewise this salon, Czaro. I could not fault anything about Czaro. The therapists were outstanding and it was by far the best and most professional manicure and facial I have ever had. They went far and beyond what I would have expected from a normal offer. Both therapists were very friendly, smiley, chatty and sweet and they put me totally at ease. Thanks and Well Done!
