Second visit, and not disappointed. Hannah gave me a brilliant Deep Tissue Massage leaving me fresh and rearing to do. And booked myself a further massage for the New Year. Definitively a place I will go back time and time again.

I arrived 15 minutes late, so I missed 15 minutes of my treatment time. However I still had a nice massage and facial. The room was warm, it was very quiet, the music was nice, the therapy was good, overall very highly rated. I just wish I had arrived on time.

Would highly recommend The Retreat at Czaro to anyone. She's a lovely therapist who waxes very quickly & surprisingly pain free. Easy to find just off Oxford Street & head downstairs at the back of the hairdresser. The therapist doing nails seems very experienced, whilst I was waiting she was giving nail tips - v.useful!

Very handy salon as within walking distance from my place of work. Was welcomed into the hairsalon and escorted downstairs, offered a drink, very pleasant atmosphere. Had booked a Deep Tissue Massage with Hannah. I have very tight and stiff back, neck and shoulders. I came out feeling light and better than I felt for a long time, so much so that as soon as I got back to work, I checked my diary and booked another one for Monday!... Hannah was fantastic, she got right into my knots, as it was a deep tissue massage, it was sometimes uncomfortable but well worth it. Highly recommend Hannah and so glad I found this place!.

Hannah who is the spa manager is really lovely and gave me a lovely leg and foot massage. I really liked the treatment room which had a very tranquil atmosphere and I left thinking I'll definitely be back. I felt looked after there.
