My therapist was great, really took the time to give a good treatment - which doesn't normally happen when you purchase vouchers in this way. Would definitely recommend and go back.

Visited the salon for the second time for some gel nails. As always, an amazing job done. Still looking good 3 weeks later :) Great value for money and will always go back.
As the entry to The Retreat in the basement is through the very noisy hair salon at Ground level, the waiting room at the foot of the stairs was not shielded from the noise of hair dryers upstairs. However, I was happy to note that the treatment room for my massage was quiet and made me seem as though I was a world away from the salon and Oxford Street outside.
The manicurist who was the first person I met was a stern lady who pretty much barked at me to take a seat and chided me for being 10 minutes early for my appointment. It was a task for her to offer me a glass of water as I waited as well.The manicure area is in the reception/waiting area, and hence it's unlikely that I will opt for a manicure here any time soon. But I digress.
My massage experience was wonderful. The room was appropriately lit - not too bright, with a few candles for effect. The music was soothing and my therapist was welcoming. I am very bad with names and now regret not having noted her name down on my phone. She started by explaining to me what the 30 minutes would entail and then thankfully said that she would gradually increase the intensity of the pressure she would apply. I was so relieved that I almost jumped up and hugged her. After having an excruciating experience at a previous appointment a month ago in Chelsea, my muscles had just about recovered. The 30 minutes went down a treat and although it was raining outside when I left, I felt relaxed and calm.
I had a Facial today and it was really good! Never experienced such a good service in London, very nice treatment and consultation. Will go there now on a regular basis.
I had a wonderful facial at the Retreat at Czaro with Hannah yesterday. Lovely treatment room, great therapist, very knowledgeable, she listened to my likes and dislikes and I left the salon feeling like a new person. I will definitely go back again. I also liked her punctuality! Highly recommended.
