I have been to Hannah twice for a hollywood wax, and will continue to go to The Retreat from now on. The wax was quick and about as pain free as a hollywood gets! Hannah is lovely and makes you feel very comfortable. Would recommend to anyone.
Lovely venue, just off Oxford Street. Possibly the longest-lasting mani/pedi I've had.
Great selection of colours and friendly therapist. I had the treatment just before a holiday and was given great advice on colours. My nails looks great all holiday, and had it not been for the swimming pool / suntan lotion they would've lasted even longer than they did.

I bought the voucher for Gel Polish with Intense Cuticle Manicure. It was very easy to book an appointment and even though I was running a little bit late on the day, they still managed to squeeze me in. The lady who did my nails was called Jade. She was brilliant - really friendly and welcoming and professional, and most importantly, she did a great job. My nails looked great and they lasted for ages. I was really impressed and would certainly go back.
I went here for a gel manicure and I was so impressed with therapist and the surroundings. They had a good range of colours and she talked me through each stage as it happened. 2.5 weeks later and my polish is only just starting to chip. Will be coming back.

Jade was super helpful and friendly, and the nails lasted for 3 weeks! This was a great experience and I have already been back for further treatmments. I would definately recommend.
