I regularly go to see Hannah as she does the best Dermalogica facials and I have tried quite a few around London! She always takes extra care to tailor the facial to my skin type and addresses any specific concerns I have which not all therapists tend to do. On every occasion I have visited she has been very professional and friendly. The therapy room is very relaxing and quiet and I almost fell asleep during my treatment. I am usually quite selective about the therapists I go to but I am very impressed by the service overall.

I had a Sienna spray tan which i was happy with and lasted about 4-5 days. However when i got home i did notice a small light patch on the inside of my arm that had been missed. It wasnt really noticable so i wasnt bothered but thats why i wouldn't rate the service any higher. But the girl who sprayed me was really nice!
I went at the Retreat for underarm waxing and I left quite pleased. It took 5 minutes and the result was very satisfactory. The girl who gave me the treatment was very friendly and the place clean and nice.

I visited the salon for the first time to get a deep cleansing facial before my wedding. My therapist was very nice and accomodating, and the facial was very relaxing. My face felt a lot smoother when I left. The only thing I would say is that I felt that my therapist was pretty aggressive with my skin and left with a few red spots that still haven't gone away several days later. It was a great value but I think you get what you pay for
Had yet another successful facial with Hannah at Czaro Retreat. A wonderful 55-minute facial, using Dermalogica products. Nearly a week later, my skin is still amazingly soft, plumped and refreshed.
