I had the 'stress buster' which was a 45 minute long treatment including back/should/neck/face and head massage. The therapist, Hannah, was superfriendly and very knowledgeable. I informed her of a particular problem I had and she really managed to smooth the muscles out. There was relaxing music on and she used a pleasant and not too strong scented oil. The offer on Treatwell made it really good value and I felt so relaxed and soft the whole day (and I can really feel the work she did on my muscles). Highly recommened.

I went for a deep cleanse facial and I'm happy with the treatment, even though I think the deep cleanse could have been a bit more thorough. The therapist used steam and cleaned my pores, which is a bit painful but nothing unbearable. My skin is really smooth now.
The therapist applied a bit too much pressure on the scalp massage and the shoulder massage to make it relaxing but it was probably needed as my shoulders are quite tense.
Everybody in the salon was very welcoming and friendly, and the treatment room was nicely decorated and peaceful. It was a good experience overall and I think I'll go back for other treatments.

I was really impressed by my gel manicure at Czaro. Jade was very friendly, precise and quick – I was in and out quite quickly with ten perfect nails. There is a good range of colours to choose from – I went for a bright red which I’m pleased to say still hasn’t chipped almost two weeks later. I’ll definitely be going back.

The retreat is in a great location and the ambience was very nice - although the music from the hairdressers above was quite loud.The therapist was friendly and my nails looked fantastic. I would definitely go back - a great find.
