The salon offers cozy and welcoming atmosphere.Very good location. The therapy room was spacy and clean. Ella, the therapist, was really friendly and experienced. I would love to come back in the future.
I had a facial with Anastacia. She was amazing! She gave me great advice for my problem skin but didn't pressure me into buying anything or booking another treatment (although I totally did as soon as I got home!)
Also really appreciated how she didn't talk throughout the session...I like it when I can sit and relax without making small talk.

This is another great facial from The retreat girls. This time my therapist was Anastasia. Really lovely girl. My facial was refreshing and my skin is glowing for at least a week after my facial. Strongly recommend.

A gloriously relaxing experience. This salon is a tiny gem, so near to Oxford Street. The staff are really welcoming and although they were very busy, I didn't feel rushed to clear out at the end of the appointment! Two days after the facial, my skin still feels amazing. I will certainly have another facial there soon, and I've also booked in for gel nails... Can't wait to go back!
