Staff are very friendly, you can help yourself to a drink while you wait. Lovely friendly atmosphere, busy so you know it's popular, but still very attentive. My hair was done by Abbiy who did an amazing job, I barely had to tell her what I wanted, she knew the right colour to suit my hair and I was so happy with the end result.
