Venue was ok and staff member was nice. However the wax (half leg and hollywood) only took 20 mins and I still had hair everywhere. On my thighs, everywhere. I asked the staff to redo certain areas where i could see the hair and they were very nice about it. The staff member was good at waxing and it was relatively painless. However it was clear that the problem lay in the quality of the wax itself - she was trying to wax it off but the wax itself was not sticky enough. Cheap wax, poor results - and the price was not cheap. Not satisfied. I will stick to my usual, thanks.

I’ve had my eyebrows done by Faiza and Ramona now and both times they were amazing !
They are both lovely people, very welcoming and nice to chat to. Definitely know what they’re doing, they take their time and make my eyebrows look amazing.
