Quite a good eyebrow tint and wax - shape is good. However I booked in with my usual waxed and when I arrived after rushing from work was told she wasn’t available. Would have been useful to have known before arriving.

Found it very unprofessional. Hairdresser was late, while she was washing my hear she hasn’t checked with me if the water was ok, she focused on the conversation with another customer in the language I did not understand. The towel was smelling of mildew...feel free to contact me for more details
