they couldn't remove my previous polish. made me bleed removing cuticles. terrible quality shellac. many don't speak English so it's hard to communicate. made politely notice the low quality of the result and had a small discount. friendly staff but low quality, I won't come back for sure.

While everyone is so nice the shellac manicure I got didn't last more than a few days. When it normally lasts at least 2 weeks. Not sure if their products are past the date. Very disappointed.
