Not only did I pay for a hot wax brazilian and received a strip wax instead, but it also it left huge marks on my skin from irritation/burn and was really painful (I have waxed all my life but this really hurt). I feel bad because the woman was lovely but couldn't speak a word of English so I didn't even bother trying to explain the problem and I had a good look and didn't see any hot wax so I didn't bother asking. She did a thorough job though and I'm sure if I had the hot wax I wouldn't have had those marks.
