They didn't have my appointment written down, the stylist I booked wasn't there, and I had to wait 15 minutes after the time my appointment was booked for.

I had Jack and he was incredible, really welcoming and knew exactly what to do as it's been a while since I had my hair cut and I have curly hair which is difficult to cut, but he got it so right and I'm so happy with my hair! thank you!
