did not listen to what I wanted spent 20mins showing him pictures. asked for a long bob, long at front. got a wonky, grown out naff bob. have book another appointment else where to correct this mess. he just kept making excuses!
Had to wait 20 minutes after appointment time which wasn't too bad but not ideal. The lady who did my wax was very polite and professional and quick. However, the day after it seems as if I have burn marks under my arms and a little bit at the top of my bikini area. Hard to tell if it is just my skin being sensitive or if the wax shouldn't have been that hot - either way, not that great to be left with marks. Don't think I'll be going back again unfortunately.
