The rudest people I have encountered. I was called an hour before my appointment (scheduled for noon). A man called to say "either you can do 11am or 1pm or I have nothing for you": no apologies, no embarrassment, no sign of anything polite. Rude aggressive and no consideration of customer experience. I had no choice but to cancel my appointment sadly and the man couldn't care less.

I had a wash, cut and blow dry at Jackie & Co and would highly recommend them. Great cut and my bouncy blowdry lasted!
