Tricky to rate as my therapist was 40 mins late to my appointment. Needless to say I was livid. The other staff were amazing rallying around to try to sort something but sadly due to this delay my experience wasn't overall positive. They said the Treatwell booking never reached them. So perhaps a technical error but frustrating to waste 40mins of my day waiting around.
