Disappointed. I was made to feel uncomfortable as soon as I walked in they asked to see my voucher 4 times, then went outside to get someone. Said they were going to speak to me about pricing and walked off. The guy that came over was really nice to be fair. The lady was the slowest ever, she didn't even continue the highlight through my whole strand of hair just the very top. She took so long doing the foils that she had to wash some out halfway through as they had been on for an hr. I asked for the dead ends off my hair, she literally trimmed about 5mm off! I wanted a curly blow but couldn't face how long it would take so got it done straight. She dried it just flat to my head then with a brush once, it was almost flat to my head no volume and you can barely see my highlights....
One guy there was really nice and knowledgeable, Irish I think.... shame nobody else seemed bothered.... also don't get a coffee I couldnt even drink it.
Arrived at the salon to be told that they couldn’t do the service I booked because the equipment needed had been broken for 2 days. Rather than make the service unavailable they let me book an appointment and waste my time turning up. Really bad service and poor management
