Douglas is amazing. He brought new life to my very fine hair, by adding more depth and I adore the colour.
There was a minor hiccup which was actually Treatwell's fault. The Manager was able to sort out everything quickly and efficiently.

I cannot rate the service as I did not receive it. I went to the venue it was empty and the person there told me he tried to reach me to tell me the manicure girl was out and he did not see my booking so he sent her home etc etc. My booking was at 6 and he left a voicemail to my phone at 6! Not the most convenient way to cancel an appointment. The options he offered were other venues nearby which were either not available or very expensive. He offered a discounted manicure for next time but I don’t think I will bother booking with them again.
