Booked “senior stylist” was looked after by trainee- overall I like my hair - asked ombré and received highlights just with my natural roots. Had a consultation with jack, to start with he suggested I needed one colour and a toner to avoid yellow shade for extra 20£ - ending up paying extra 25£ but nvm , wasn’t going to argue about 5£ extra pounds and they did style my hair so very enough . I just don’t like the way they are not transparent of what you get for the money. If I knew I’m getting a trainee hairdresser wouldn’t decide to pay that much. ( the guy was lovely just Either was very shy or didn’t speak much English )

Lovely place and happy with my haircut. Only issue - in the beginning I asked for only 1 inch to be taken off my hair and for the hairdresser to show me the length before she cut it. Thankfully I did this - as for some reason she was ready to chop off 5 inches!! Other than that, happy with the service and end result.
