I would give this salon 0 stars if possible. The owner was so rude and unwelcoming. I booked an appointment for a wash cut and blow-dry the morning of NYE- quite an important one! I knew I would be 10-15 mins late as I missed the train, coming from Essex. I phoned ahead to let her them know (2 hours before the appt) The owner, who answered seemed adamant there was no booking on the system. I asked for a email or mobile no so I could screen shot the booking confirmation on treatwell to send to her. She refused and said she would still see me. I arrived at the salon at 5.15pm, to be turned away by her! The hairdresser - a male was saying he could still squeeze me in but had to be quick. She then started shouting at him in a different language right in front of me. They were talking in their own language but it was apparent he wanted to fit me in but she was saying no. Eventually she asked how much I paid on treatwell and then said they would only do it for double the price! Thank god for the salon next door who did squeeze me in- it was still at a premium price that I wouldn't normally pay but it was NYE and didn't really have the choice. But they at least provided great service and a smile. Salons like this should not be on Treatwell and they are exactly the reason for being dubious when using sites like treatwell. Jackie- the owner should take responsibility for her actions. That was the worst service I have ever had and now feel very doubtful about using Treatwell.

I booked my hair appointment with treat well and received various confirmation emails. Then when i turned up to my appointment, the hairdressers had no record of my appointment. The hairdressers squeezed me in which was really good of them. However when i told them the deal id bought, they told me that its wasnt for my length hair and id have to pay more - so the info on the treatwell app didnt correlate with that of the hairdressers. After all the mishaps, the hairdressers were really nice and i was happy with the service but i dont think ill use treatwell again.

The place is nice but they were clearly understaffed as the person that was supposed to cut my hair wasn't even there and they apparently forgot to close the system for new bookings. One hairdresser was dealing with three customers at once which didn't make the experience very pleasant. The haircut I received was okay but the lady had to work very fast and didn't have much time for details.. Overall a bit disappointed but I would return if they had enough staff working.
