Friendly but clearly inexperienced. she was very rough while filing my nails and cut into my fingers while removing cuticles. I was left with two fingers bleeding throughout the treatment and she didn’t apologise. She’s also clearly inexperienced with applying nail polish- my nails look bumpy and painted beyond my nails, so it looks very messy.
I’m actually still shocked at how bad the whole experience was
