Really bad massage - save your money instead! No massage table, just a hard bed with a towel on. No hole for the face, just a travel pillow, which offers no support so your face is crushed into the hard bed, my nose was in pain. It also makes it impossible to breathe when you’re on your front, I was seeing stars. There wasn’t a focus on anything but the scalp, I had to ask for the jaw and neck to be included. Too much oil was used, which took ages to wash out.

Having read reviews saying ‘this is the friendliest salon in London’ I was expecting a slightly warmer reception, especially as i was the only one in there! Asking some questions to check what the person wants and having some communication would have been better.
Nails were fine- slightly messy at the nail bed end but great shape, have lasted a week so far and look good! Threading was amazing, my brows look so great and I’ve had lots of lovely comments! Will definitely be back for threading.
