I went on Friday to get a gel polish and by the Sunday most nails had peeled up on the edges and by Today (Monday) I have lost all the polish on a couple of nails due to it peeling up. I've never had a gel last so little time and I have tried to contact the salon for a refund or partial refund as I'm unable to get back to have this corrected and I'm yet to be responded too. Its a shame as I had a great experience in the salon, the staff were lovely and they were very accommodating.

I chose this pedicure as it was advertised as a 45 min spa pedicure experience. I've had other pedicures in the past that really focused on removing dead skin and massaging the feet for a detailed finish. As this was a spa experience, you'd expect some sort of exfoliating scrub, hot towel wrap, or more massaging. The whole pedicure took 20 mins so I was left disappointed by the end. My feet still were hard around the heel and even though my nails were good, it really missed the mark.
