Before my swedish massage, I told Suia that I was on the NHS Programme 'Our Future Health'. In summary, the NHS wants to know why there are more mental, emotion and physical health problems hence the research programe. With Suia help and attending Hoebridge Golf Centre gym, I would be on more medication. My goal is not to be on medication. Thank you once again to Suia.
