We had an amazing time at Imagine spa. Unfortunately, it is quite tedious to get to, we had to take the underground to terminal 5 and then a public shuttle (at £8 return each) but once we got there, it was lovely. Very good facilities, the aqua pool is outstanding with all the jets and whirls, and the 2 amazingly firm waterfall features. The saunas are also lovely, but could be a bit hotter. It wasn't crowded at all and we had a very nice and relaxing afternoon.

It is far from Terminal 5, either need a car or take two busses. The facilities were fine, although the hydropool felt a bit cold. Otherwise I had no problem with the spa. We had lunch at the hotel restaurant, which was really good.

Beware of parking: although packages are sold for full "spa-days", free parking is ONLY offered for 4 hours and then charged starting at £3.00 plus per each hour thereafter. Very misleading and quite an hidden charge. We will not be using these facilities.
Beautiful place, a litle out of the way. A very quite hotel, but facilities are all nice and new. Sauna and Steam a very reasonable size with very good lighting in both. Massage pool was a little cool so was not that enjoyable and power jets were very powerful.
Gym fairly small, but again equipment clean and had an adequate selection.
Would defintely return as ambiance was quite relaxing.

I've been to a few spas over the past few years and I have to say this one was my all time favourite. It was absolutely stunning and I cannot think of a spa experience I've enjoyed more. The decoration was an absolutely amazing, it was peaceful, relaxing and everything you'd want out of a spa experience. From the moment you walk through the doors, you are spoilt by the staff and they treat you like royalty! The therapists are all very sweet, lovely, and great at what they do - and although they were always there if you needed, you don't feel smothered in any way. The spa manager was delightful, professional and approachable. Overall, I would highly recommend this experience to anyone - it really is a five star spa experience and without doubt the most relaxing, beautiful spa I have ever been to.
