Really nice day, very relaxing pleasant atmosphere. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Amazing value for money. Very clean and a pleasure to visit. Will defiantly be visiting again 😀

Lovely place with very friendly staff. Smaller than I expected as all spar facilities are in one room. Most treatments are upstairs, as are the complimentary teas. Had a lovely day.

We went for the fire and ice day didnt manage to get a treatment booked in as to busy.staff was very nice loved all the different rooms other than the menthol room only went of every half hour so we kept missing it . loverly area to go and relax with tea.resturant is really expensive I only had a sandwich which cost over 10.00 nice but wasnt worth the money paid other than that the day was loverly.

Really enjoyed visit for Fire & Ice experience. Everything was just right. The relaxation room is always a treat along with the tea choices. Definitely heading back this way soon.
