not very clean area, hard to find, one of the worst waxes I’ve had as there was a lot of hair left and she used a cheaper (strip) wax in some areas despite having paid for the better and more expensive (hot) wax.
also the door to the waxing room opened out into a main corridor, meaning whenever she opened the door anyone could see inside.
not impressed as it had such high ratings.

Terrible massage, the worst ever which was such a shame. Icandy is no longer there and they've moved to the hotel (which I was not informed of when booking). The room was tiny cramped and freezing and the massage was awful. I usually don't complain but feel the need to warn others. Don't go here, I'm going to try and get a refund.
