Jess the therapist was fabulous. The treatment room however (not the fault of anyone really just circumstance) was not really ready as they are moving from one place to another. This didnt bother me, but would have rather know beforehand. Jess was great, attentive and knows what she is doing. I will certainly book a treatment with her again once the move to the new residence has been completed
