Jess made me feel at ease following a bad experience at another salon. The wax was not painful at all and in fact over before I knew it. Would definitely go back.

not very clean area, hard to find, one of the worst waxes I’ve had as there was a lot of hair left and she used a cheaper (strip) wax in some areas despite having paid for the better and more expensive (hot) wax.
also the door to the waxing room opened out into a main corridor, meaning whenever she opened the door anyone could see inside.
not impressed as it had such high ratings.
