Disappointing massage unfortunately. Very timid despite asking for more pressure, didn’t really focus on specific points of tension. Ambience was off, lots of clattering around the room. I could hear the therapists phone buzzing whenever she got a text and I think she must have been playing the music from it because at one point she seemed to get a phone call and the music stopped. At the end she just suddenly said “I’ll leave the room” and I was left quite unclear as to whether the massage was over or not. Room was fine though I didn’t see anywhere to leave my clothes except the floor.

The manicure was ok but more of an express manicure (didn’t include soaking cuticles, base coat or drying machine), which I expected to be included for the price.
