I bought a course of 6 sessions from Groupon and the results are so good I have signed up for a 3 month course. The staff are very helpful, coming over periodlically when I am using the equipment to check my progress. Overall I find it a very enjoyable way to keep fit.
I bought a deal for 6 hypoxi sessions which I completed today. The venue is perfect for travel from the south of London as it is just a few minutes away from the Blackwall tunnel. Plus parking is easy over there. The studio is bijoux but I did not miss any facilities at all: there is a small room with hypoxi machines, there is free water, there are free towels, there is a shower room. But what makes the place wonderful is the individual attention offered by Sylvia and Steve, the couple who won this. They are non judgemental, they explain things very well, they devote time to each of their customers, and they are friendly and welcoming. I hate any form of exercise, yet they make me look forward to my sessions! With gentle exercise I have already losy 5-6cm from my waist and that is in 2 weeks! Needless to say that I am addicted to hypoxi and to the studio in South Woodford. It is worth every penny, it is not too far away, and it is a real pleasure doing the exercise and seeing the results! Best thing I have done for myself for years!
I have recently finished a course of Hypoxi and Dermologie treatments at this studio, which I found to be very effective! My bum and thighs are noticeably smaller, fitting into a size smaller jeans and my skin is firmer and virtually cellulite free! I am amazed as I have tried everything in the past for shifting cellulite but nothing seemed to work. I was recommended the 2 treatments combined for effectiveness and am not disappointed. Besides great results , the studio has a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, with encouragement, advice and a personal plan for all. I will definately be back, but for now it has given me the boost I needed to get back into exercise! I feel healthier and fitter, having learnt so much about the right diet too, I shall continue the good work, thankyou Hypoxi!
I have been going to the gym for many years and was a bit sceptical about what Hypoxi does like all begginers. I went for a free consultation which is rare nowadays and Sylwia and Steve explained to me how HYPOXI works. I started with size 36 waist and after 24 sessions on Vacunaut I am size 32 waist. I can t believe that i managed to lose over 7 inches (17.5 cm) from my stomach area.
My wife joined now and she is very happy with her results.
I would reccomend it to everyone, all men and women and all sizes.
