I would like to say thank you so much for helping me with my weight loss target. I personally got a lot out of the Vacunaut sessions, the weight loss program increased my blood circulation around my stomach making me lose 5 inches in 4 weeks.WOW where else would you get results like that! I feel confident again! This entire boost of wellbeing and better blood circulation helped me to get pregnant. I am expecting baby again! Me and my husband are very happy and definitely after the pregnancy I will come back to Sylwia’s Hypoxi to continue with a postnatal weight loss program! Although the studio is small, the staff are really friendly and helpful and the equipment does what it should. I took a 12 week course using the suit on the running/walking machine (vacaunault) and was amazed at how fit I felt, my skin improved and I lost weight and inches from all over, I was also eating properly. My partner and now my daughter are taking courses, one on the bikes and the other for an injury. The staff are all very knowledgeable and very happy to help if you ask. It does get very busy in the evenings but when I went earlier they had lots of time to spend with me when I realised how knowledgeable they all are. I really enjoyed the experience and I am planning to sign up for another course.

The owner of the studio perfectly drew me a set of exercises and very quickly began to lose weight. I definitely would recommend Hypoxi training in South Woodford studio to everybody who is looking to lose weight & drop a dress size. It is good fun, easy work out & most definitely it works magic. I was a bit sceptic at the beginning as I have been exercising regularly without results but with professional help & advices from great team plus your own motivation this method will by all means help you to achieve your targets.
I was very pleased also with the flexibility when booking a session even thou the studio is very busy there has always been solution. Team is extremely helpful, encouraging and knowledgeable. Having not worked out as regularly as I used to I turned to Hypoxi with the hope of allowing for some inch loss. Within a matter of weeks I noticed remarkable results, as 80% of my cellulite had banished. My skin felt smoother and suppler. I lost several inches of my waist, hips and thighs during 12 weeks and my skin continues to feel great. So impressed with the results, I have now booked yet another course and the results keep getting better.

Indeed, the customised aspect of the venue allows one to tailor their programme as for instance I was offered the opportunity to schedule my sessions earlier in the morning and was advised that staff could come in earlier to accommodate for this. I have always been made to feel comfortable and my satisfaction with the service has always been 100% due to the impressive and attention to detail.
The practical know-how and sheer professionalism of the staff coupled with the friendly and gregarious nature reflects a pleasant atmosphere. I have always been treated with a trinity of integrity, professionalism and unlimited pleasantness.
In summary, the neoprene skirt or vacuum blanket depending on your course, has now become a regularity for me due to the excellent results obtained. A combination of the technicalities mixed with the practical know-how of the staff creates a wonderful synergy.
