This was the worst hair cut I've ever had, I can't believe this place has such good reviews. The staff were incredibly rude and speaking in Latvian to each other, presumably about their customers. She laughed and mocked me when I told her how I'd like my hair cut (my hair cut is fairly average so not sure why she was so rude, I asked for it to be tied up a bit and slightly thinned out). She refused to cut my hair how I had asked and just did what she wanted, not speaking to me at all, and not offering a drink. If I hadn't prepaid I would have walked out. My hair looks like a child cut it, with random bits of hair cut in a straight line (my 'layers'). She didn't even check my hair to see if it was level, just chopped randomly and then said it was fine. I wasn't the only customer to be disappointed that day, with the other stylist also totally disregarding what his client had asked for. The hairdryer fell apart as she was using it and the hairbrush she was using was broken and had no handle.
She was so unbelievably rude, I don't know how they're 'top rated' on Treatwell. A terrible experience.

loved the manicure, has started to chip a tiny bit but I think that is because I had acrylics beforehand overall I am very impressed and will return.
