This was a thoroughly pleasant experience. The therapist was chatty and professional and explained the procedure fully before going ahead. This was super helpful particularly since I had never had semi permanent makeup before. I had a beauty spot that had faded since I was young and so I had it redone and it was painless and very natural looking... the therapist applied a cream to anaesthetise the area first and then 20 minutes later did the procedure that only took 5 minutes. Would definitely recommend.

First time blow dry- usually get my nails done from Julia here- was very happy- the hairdresser knew what he was doing and understood exactly how i wanted my hair done and delivered- would recommend without reservations and will go again
