Came late because of horrific rain, turning up looking as though I had fallen into a swimming pool. I called the venue, they directed me to place only to be met by an incredibly rude member of staff, who refused to cut my hair, saying she was not going to work overtime waiting for somebody to come! So much for customer service- the worst, and only negative experience I have had with Treatwell.

Julia did an extra layer of the colour I've chosen ... all done to perfection within the hour.
No scratches after 2 weeks! 5 stars from me!

The best every time, but so sad to see Julia go, she has really been the best manicurist, hope they can find someone up to her standards to fill her place.

Great nails as usual by Julia - the staff downstairs need to be considerate of upstairs as you can hear all the comments they say about their customers and how they talk to their customers. I wouldn't recommend to have your hair done here.
