I went back to the same place because last time I was satisfied with the service. I had a good haircut although I should have cut them a bit shorter but it was entirely my fault because I was asked if I was pleased with the length. Good quality haircut.

Always go this venue, although this time I didn't receive the good service I usually receive. The lady was quite grumpy, and obviously that happens to everyone, but you've got to think about the customer's experience as well. Hopefully next time will be better.
