Arthur was so chatty and made me feel at ease. I was worried about getting my haircut somewhere new but he was great. Listened to everything I said and executed it perfectly. He talked through products and things I can do to improve my hair also. Cut exactly as I wanted and I left feeling much fresher. Great value.
