I had my eyebrows done a week ago. The lady was very informative on what to expect, I was very nervous about the needle but anaesthetic cream was applied throughout & I didn't feel any pain just minor vibrating sensations.
Before treatment the lady mapped out my eyebrows with a pencil, letting me see & decide what shape I wanted, she was honest and not pushy.
She explained about what techniques she can use, I went for natural hair stroke. It was a good experience. She always checked how I'm doing and even put on lovely soothing music. the results are fab-just need a top up in few weeks but I were told prior that I should expect that. -M
Very pleased with this service. As others have noted, it's a no-frills shopfront, but they are friendly and professional and do a good job with your hair for a very good price. I'd go back.

Nice manicure lady meeting high customer satisfaction. However I had to wait 40 min prior to my booked appointment. They offered me to rebook, but rather have received the info in advance.

Really great value!! £10 for a manicure. Such a sweet lady and took lots of care and time in the manicures.. Best £10 spent. I have recommended it to friends who work in the City.
