I had a wash trim and blow dry on my long, all one length hair. Just wanted the dead ends off.
The stylist checked with me a lot that she was cutting the right amount off I wanted which was reassuring as I do get nervous.
My hair looks good and it’s what I wanted. Only reason I didn’t give five stars is that I had oil in afterwards but there’s too much on and my hair looks greasy. I wouldn’t usually leave a bad review without asking the salon to correct it first but it’s not something they can really fix.
Other reviewers have commented that people haven’t spoke good English in this salon and I would like to reassure potential customers that my lady spoke perfectly well enough to talk about what I wanted and have a friendly chat so don’t let that put you off!
