I had a blowdry and makeup done on Saturday 28th May and while the experience in salon was lovely and both of the women who did my hair n make up were equally lovely; I was really diappointed when I got home and within 20mins my hair had frizzed out, an eye last fallen off and all that remained of my lip was the liner.
I was upsold on a hair mask because it was supposed to reduce frizz - didn't work. I was upsold on the lashes - they didn't stay on, and I'm so glad I didn't buy the lipstick.

At the time I got the trim it looked okay but random pieces of my hair were cut off and its looks awful and it looks like awful. Im so angry this place needs to fix up with being so fake with their customers but cant even offer professional treatment.
