Sam is fabulous! You can finally see my eyebrows and eyelashes, I don’t know how but she makes it pain free and I didn’t have that awful stinging moment when the colour goes in your eyes with her. She even made me laugh during the tweezing. Never going to anyone else.

I had a really bad experience here with a simple fringe trim taking 45 minutes and me in pain when I left having been burnt with the heat of the hairdryer. I emailed to complain about what had happened but had no response. Really disappointed.
