Booked for 10am & got a text last minute rescheduling to 10:35am which was a nightmare given it was a working day and had meetings booked, not even a call to tell me, and they just blamed it on the systems not integrating. Wax wasn't great found large areas afterwards which had been missed on both legs.

I only came in for a fringe trim but I was really welcomed at reception and the guy who trimmed my fringe was lovely! Thank you for the lovely service!
