Unorganised and not suitable for long distance customers. Staff on reception informed us to check in and go to room to contact spa facility to arrange time for treatment. Upon contacting spa facility were informed that we should have to book weeks in advance for treatments. We were unaware of this. The hotel staff and management provided poor communication was hard to speak with management. We had to communicate ourselves between spa and hotel to arranged two last minute slots at short notice upon explaining what had happened. Completely ruined our experience this was a couple break and turned out to be more of problem then a solution. Felt the service was unsatisfactory and hotel were unhelpful in the matter instead of just adding two hours extended stay which was useless anyway as we checked out early. Luckily the spa place were a bit more understanding and co operative to help in the siuation that we were place. We were unable to enjoy ourselves and felt completely rushed and overlooked.
The interior of hotel is amazing, staff is very nice, the food exceeded our expectations. I had back massage and it was very good. It was a lovely stay and very good value for money.
Lovely visit for my boyfriend's birthday. We had a spa treatment each which was excellent and were supplied with robes and slippers. I have to say dinner was the best part as the food was amazing and the service exceptional! Breakfast the next morning was also great as there was so much selection. Only negative point worth noting is that the pool is on the small side and the area around it has only 4 chairs. Overall really enjoyed the stay and would return
