Not enough seating around pool. Unable to get robe & slippers before 3pm. Inconsiderate golfers early in morning caused lack of sleep. £5.40 For 2 lime & soda. Excellent meal on evening

Overall this was a wonderful spa break experience. The restaurant meals were exceptional and the spa treatments thoroughly enjoyable. Unfortunately a hotel receptionist felt her personal telephone chit chat (over 5mins) was more important than attending to customers which ended our visit badly. Also it has to be sad that the windows in the entire hotel are filthy with the addition of cobwebs on most of them outside. The staff are generally helpful and polite, however room service was abandoned after waiting more than 2 hours. The spa includes a substantial pool,hot tub, sauna and steam room all were clean and hygienic, however the changing area certainly could do with updating. All that said as a short break retreat it was great relaxing destination and I would certainly recommend it.
